Finance
Supplier invoices that procurement already matched to a PO and receipt. This is money you owe, not a shopping list.
Where to find it: Left menu → Finance & Accounting → Accounts Payable

Step 1
Left menu → Finance & Accounting → Accounts Payable. If the name is missing, your role does not include it — ask an admin in Users & Roles.
Step 2
Register supplier bills against a purchase order (or Bill PO in Procurement after receipt). Approve and post here, then pay from Payments. Non-PO bills need an exception reason.
Step 3
The invoice status should move to paid when cash posts. The supplier’s statement should agree.
Yes. Accounts Payable is a signed-in workspace screen. This public page teaches the screen with a picture and a link to the feature video. It never shows another company’s data.
The left menu only shows screens your role may open. Ask a company admin to grant the matching permission, or to show you which role should own this step.
Routine spend must start with a PO so stock and matching stay in sync. Use Bill PO in Procurement, or a documented non-PO exception for utilities/rent/opening balances.
