Where to find it: Left menu → Inventory & Warehousing → Items / Products

Left menu → Inventory & Warehousing → Items / Products. If the name is missing, your role does not include it — ask an admin in Users & Roles.

Create the item with a stable code. Set category and units. Save. Do not invent a description-only line on every PO.

POs, imports, and sales orders should pick this item. Duplicate SKUs should be avoided.
Yes. Items / Products is a signed-in workspace screen. This public page teaches the screen with a picture and a link to the feature video. It never shows another company’s data.
The left menu only shows screens your role may open. Ask a company admin to grant the matching permission, or to show you which role should own this step.
If you sell or buy it on documents, yes — mark it so it does not pretend to have warehouse stock.
