Where to find it: Left menu → Import & Export → Trade Dashboard
Step 1
Left menu → Import & Export → Trade Dashboard. If the name is missing, your role does not include it — ask an admin in Users & Roles.
Step 2
Scan stages from left to right. Open the consignment that is stuck. Do the legal step on Import or Export Orders, not by inventing a side spreadsheet.
Step 3
The card you opened should match the consignment workspace. When you complete a stage, the dashboard count should move.
Yes. Trade Dashboard is a signed-in workspace screen. This public page teaches the screen with a picture and a link to the feature video. It never shows another company’s data.
The left menu only shows screens your role may open. Ask a company admin to grant the matching permission, or to show you which role should own this step.
No. Stages are sequential on the import file. The dashboard is a map, not a shortcut around the law of the file.
