Glossary
Landed cost is the full cost of bringing goods to the place you will use or sell them: the supplier invoice plus freight, insurance, duty, taxes, and other charges that belong on that shipment.
Also called: landed price, total inbound cost.
A commercial invoice is the supplier’s price. It is not the cost of the import. Duty, freight, and local charges change the number finance will book and the price operations can defend.
If landed cost lives in a side sheet, the file and the books disagree. Customer Flow keeps the calculation on the same import file as the documents.
The import walkthrough shows how a file moves. The landed cost feature page is the product view. A file study walks a costed import without inventing a customer brand.
