Left menu → Data Management → Data Dashboard. If the name is missing, your role does not include it — ask an admin in Users & Roles.

Open failed batches and fix them. Then duplicates. Do not stack a second import on a broken first.
Step 3
Failed counts should match Validation. Duplicates should match Master Data Duplicates.

The left menu only shows screens your role may open. Ask a company admin to grant the matching permission, or to show you which role should own this step.
