A customs document pack is the set of papers a trade corridor requires for a shipment — commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificates or filings that lane demands — kept with the goods on one file.
The document pack is the papers. The country pack is the rules that say which papers this lane needs. Both attach to the operational file. Customer Flow generates and stores documents on that file instead of in a side folder.
