A country pack is a replaceable set of compliance rules for a trade lane — the filings and checks that corridor requires — so the operational file does not have to be rebuilt when the destination or origin changes.
Also called: rules pack, country rules.
The operations core owns what the team must do next: documents, approvals, cost, inventory, audit. The country pack answers what this shipment needs in Pakistan, the UAE, or another lane.
