Cloud ERP is enterprise resource planning software delivered in the browser: finance, operations, inventory, and documents in one workspace, hosted by the vendor, so the company does not run a local ERP server.
Customer Flow is cloud ERP for the operational file — import-export, manufacturing, logistics, NGOs, universities, and real estate teams included. It is not a desktop install and not a spreadsheet template.
