Audit trail software for operations — not a slide for the board
Audit trail software is often a report that says “activity happened”. Operations need the opposite of a summary: the request, the attachment, the role that passed the stage, and the time. When internal audit samples a vendor payment or a grant line, they open a file — not a pie chart.
